Dispatch

We pack and send orders within 24 hours on working days. Orders placed at the weekend go out on Monday. You will get a confirmation email when your parcel leaves us.

United Kingdom

Free delivery on orders over £60. Below that, delivery is £4.99. Parcels are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class and usually arrive within 2–3 working days.

United States

Free delivery on orders over $80. Below that, delivery is $6.99. Orders usually arrive within 3–5 working days.

Australia

Free delivery on orders over A$110. Below that, delivery is A$8.99. Orders usually arrive within 3–5 working days.

European Union

Delivery to EU countries is €14.99, with no free-delivery threshold. Orders are sent from the United Kingdom and usually arrive within 5–7 working days.

Customs and import charges

United States and Australia: none. We fulfil these orders from suppliers inside those countries, so nothing crosses a border and there is no duty, import tax or handling fee to pay on arrival.

European Union: your order is shipped from the United Kingdom, so it may attract import VAT, customs duty and a carrier handling fee when it arrives. These charges are set by the country you are in, are not included in the price you pay us, and are payable by you as the importer. We cannot predict them or refund them. If a parcel is refused or goes unclaimed and comes back to us, we will refund the goods but not the outbound delivery or any charges we are billed for the return.

If something goes wrong

We will always deliver within 30 days of your order unless we agree otherwise with you. If your parcel is late, damaged or has not turned up, email hello@growhypha.com with your order number and we will chase it or send a replacement.

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we will resend it once you cover the postage again.
